Chair massage is combination the compression and tapotement found in Swedish massage, the acupressure found in Shiatsu, and the stretching found in Thai massage. Because participants stay clothed, it is great for public events. The seated nature of massage also makes it easier for people of all ages and lifestyles to maneuver into position.
Home chair massage is the perfect introduction to massage. The privacy of the home environment and the clothed nature of the massage provides respect, comfort, and security. Not only that, everyone in the family- from children to adults-can receive a massage with confidence and convenience.
Chair massage is also a great addition to a family celebration such as a graduation party or a bridal shower. Even a regular Sunday family get together can be enhanced with the addition of a chair and massage therapist!

A loving tradition that dates back at least 1,000 years, infant massage is a safe and healthy way for a caregiver and child to bond. As practiced by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), infant massage incorporates elements of Swedish and Indian massage, yoga and reflexology to promote healthy touch. This makes it an ideal practice for not only parents but grandparents and even siblings. It is also particularly helpful when parents are away for a long time (such as military deployments) or are welcoming a new addition to the family (adoption). Beyond the psychological effects, studies have shown that infants who are massaged gain weight more quickly, sleep longer and better, and have better cognitive development. Class is designed for infants, age birth-10 months, but the techniques can be modified as your child grows.
Life like dolls are available so that anyone who wants to learn how to conduct infant massage can participate.
Private Class- $145.00 for a 3 class series. Your times, your days, your location. This can be you and your baby, or invite as many as two friends to join you.
